In every house there is a living-room with an open Tuscan kitchen, eating corner, a relaxing couch (can be popped out in order tu use it as a bed for two), one bedroom with a full-size bed, one bedroom with a bunk bed and one bathroom with douche.

L'Istrice Uno and due are located in the "Parco Archeologico"of Vulci, Taruqinia, Cosa with important Etruscan archaeological excavations. You have the possibility to do some sports in the nature, hacks with horses, canoe tours on the river Fiora, sailing and surf courses.
In Vulci are a lot of restaurants which offer a variety of sea food. You only have to drive five kilometres to Montalto di Castro, where you can find all shops and supermarkets and only seven kilometres to the free beaches of Marina di Montalto; 20 km to the rock coasts and reefs of Ansedonia, Monte Argentario (for people who like to dive). Only 30km to Porto San Stefano with shipping routes through the Tuscan archipelago and only 100 km to Rome.
