Near Trevinano, located in private setting, a former Fattoria with a great view over the landscape of Siena and Lazio.
The huge Tuscan farm house was renovated in a lovely way and fully developed to five holiday apartments. It is surrounded by the beautiful and wide landscape of the Tuscany with many fields, meadows and trees, a nice pool (7x14m) in which provides a great outlook. In addition a whirl-pool (3x6m) and a sun terrace with sun loungers.
Every holiday apartment has its own covered free place in the garden, in community a wood stove for making pizza and a wash house.
All holiday apartments are well-furnished, have television (SAT), central heating and shaded parking places.
In the annexe to the existing building you have a Taverna which big tables in order to celebrate.
To Trevinano with several little shops for the necessary needs you have to drive two kilometres, to Acquapendente with all big shops and restaurants it takes nine kilometres.
Approximately every hour you have the chance to take a bus to Siena or Rome from there. Eight kilometres you have to drive to the thermal springs of San Filippo, 25km to Orvieto and Chiusi (access to the "autostrada"), 60km to Siena.
The estate of Podere San Stefano borders to the "Parco Naturale di Monterufeno". And only five kilometres away from the house you find an open parc with playground, barbecue possibilities, a restaurant, horse riding centre.
In August there is some music on the park, a dancefloor and other amusements.
