Broccoli con salsiccia
Ingredients:
Broccoli 500g
Sausage 500g
Penne or Fussili
Olive oil 4 table spoons
salt, pepper and pepperocini to taste
garlic to taste
How to cook:
Remove the sausage from the skin and form it into small balls.
The broccoli, I usually take the frozen, then can be add directly into the pan.
Fresh broccoli otherwise has to be boiled al dente.
In a pan you warm up the olive oil with garlic and hot peppers and then add the meatballs.
When the meatballs are ready you can add the broccoli.
Besides you should cook a pot of noodles.
Then you can add the cooked pasta to the pan and possibly add some oil until everything tastes good.
This dish can of course be cooked with other vegetables such as Zucchini or eggplant.
