Bruschetta
Cut the ciabatta bread into slices and toast them (also on the grill in the summer).
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces, season with pepper / salt and a little olive oil.
Cut the basil into small strips and add it to the rest.
Rub the toasted slice with the garlic clove and drizzle with a few drops of olive oil.
Then cover and serve with the tomato mixture well.
E pronto!
