Involtini Spinach
Wash the schnitzels and dab them dry.
Like you want you can choose between turkey, calf or pig schnitzels.
Sweat, not roast, the spinach and the garlic in a cooking pot.
Flatten the schnitzels so that you can curl them easily.
Use salt and pepper forboth sides of the schnitzels.
Seize one side of the schnitzel with the spinach and gorgonzola.
Here you have the possibility to vary the taste when use for ex. ham or mozzarella with button mushrooms, raw heam and salvia. Your fantasy is unlimited so give it a try !
Then you roll the schnitzels like a roulade and roast them in a pan.
Slake the stock with some prosecco and add some cream.
Flavour like you want with salt and pepper and some italian herbage.
