Wash the potatoes with peel and brush them dry.

Either cut them in slices of potato or of potato wedges and
put them on a baking sheet.
Mix the olive oil with crushed garlic, rosemary and salt.
Let it stand for about 20 minutes and then drizzle the oil on the potato slices or corners.

In the oven to 200 ° convection bake until they are brown.

The rosemary potatoes can be served with different meat dishes for example as a side dish.
They go well with fish, chicken or turkey.
