La Guardata Uno

The beautiful country house (Casali in Val di Chio) with well-kept villas and holiday apartments with pool is located near Arezzo, in the beautiful Val di Chio between Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino.
They also offer their own wine, Tuscan oil and other typical products of the region.
In order to preserve as much of the original form of the building as possible, it was only expanded into two independent holiday apartments. The beautiful pool (5 x 10 m) below the villa is located in a very well-tended garden with Mediterranean plants and fragrant herbs.

The apartment La Guardata uno (95 sqm) is on the ground floor and consists of a large living room with an open fireplace, a large seating area, 2 sofas across the corner, a well-equipped kitchen, a beautiful dining area with a corner seat for 8-10 people.
Typical Italian cotto ceiling, wall arches, cotto floors, warm Tuscan colors give an elegant and rural, cozy ambience.
An equally elegant double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, another twin bedroom, another bathroom.
From the apartment you come to an old portico with an antique wood-burning stove that looks like a BBQ works.
A seat in front of the house, a table for 8-10 people.
