La Palazina due

Located in the wonderful Val di Chio, south of Arezzo, between Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino, there is a small Azienda (Casali in Val di Chio) with landscaped villas and apartments with pool.

Here we also offer our own wine, Tuscan oil and other typical products of the region.
The Lake Trasimeno is around 25 km away.

La Palazzina Due is a large, typical Tuscan and cozy apartment on two floors in a historic house in the center of Borgo.
An old stone staircase leads to the apartment.

In the living area, a well-equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, sofa bed and a guest toilet. On the second floor, the sleeping area with a double bedroom and private bathroom with tub and a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

In the houses in Val di Chio the high season goes from 5 July to August 23 the remaining weeks we can
offer you for the mid season price.
In the weekly rates are included: Linen and towels (weekly), final cleaning
and the consumption costs (incl. heating).
