La Casa Rosa due is an elegant first floor apartment of the house, with private access through the garden and a beautiful terrace.
In the wonderful Val di Chio, south of Arezzo, between Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino,
this small Azienda located (Casali in Val di Chio) with landscaped villas and apartments with pool.

Here we are also offering our own wine, Tuscan oil and other typical products of the region.
The Lake Trasimeno is around 25 km away.

A well equipped open kitchen, a lounge with open fireplace, a dining area, plus a large bedroom with double bed and private bathroom, shower, a second large bedroom with double bed, private bathroom with bathtub and a third large bedroom with private bath and access to a Studio in the gallery under the roof, a reading room.

The swimming pool is 150 m from the house, a shaded footpath leads through the greenery.

In the houses in Val di Chio the high season goes from 5 July to August 23 and for the remaining weeks we can
offer you the house for mid season price.
The weekly rates include: Linen and towels (changed weekly), final cleaning
and the consumption costs (incl. heating)
