La Pallazina uno

Located in the wonderful Val di Chio, south of Arezzo, between Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino, there is a small Azienda (Casali in Val di Chio) with landscaped villas and apartments with pool.

Here we also offer our own wine, Tuscan oil and other typical products of the region.
The Lake Trasimeno is around 25 km away.

La Palazzina uno is a small and pretty apartment on the ground floor of a historic house of 1800 in the center of Borgo.
It consists of a living room with a well equipped kitchenette, a large double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

Although the house has no garden, but there is a shaded area with seating for eating and reading.
To the beautiful pool of the Borgo there is a way about 150 meters through gardens.

In the houses in Val di Chio the high season goes from 5 July to August 23 and for the remaining weeks we can
offer for mid season price.
In the weekly rates are included: fresh Linen and towels (weekly), final cleaning
and the consumption costs (incl. heating).
