Casa la Rosa uno

Located in the wonderful Val di Chio, in the south of Arezzo, between Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino,there is a small Azienda (Casali in Val di Chio) with landscaped villas and apartments with pool.

Here we also offer our own wine, Tuscan oil and other typical products of the region.
The Lake Trasimeno is around 25 km away.

Casa Rosa uno was the original farmhouse of the Padrone.
The outer walls, the medieval beams were preserved due to the careful and loving renovation.
It resulted in two separate apartments.

Casa Rosa Uno is located on the ground floor and is a spacious apartment with private garden.
A well-equipped kitchen with pantry, pizza oven and a even  more spacious lounge with open fireplace,
Dining area, a large bedroom with private bathroom with bath and two bedrooms with double bed
and private shower.

In the garden you have a seating area and barbecue.
The nearest swimming pool 150 m, a shaded footpath leads through the greenery.

In the houses in Val di Chio the high season goes from 5 July to August 23 the remaining weeks we can
offering for mid season price.
In the weekly rates are included: Linen and towels are (weekly), final cleaning
and the consumption costs (incl. heating)
