The Tuscan villa is situated on a large estate of about 650 hectares and is 10 km from the sea.

Villa Puccio is a prestigious villa with a swimming pool, a large and well-maintained garden, and a panoramic terrace that surrounds the house, offering you an impressive 360° view.
The villa, the small private chapel, the large terrace, and the beautiful halls can be the perfect place for weddings and corporate meetings.
Villa Puccio is spread over two floors and offers accommodation for up to 18 people and has 10 bathrooms.
Holidays with dogs are possible here. Please inquire for more than 2 dogs.

The apartments are divided into 6 double rooms and 2 single rooms, all with their own bathrooms.
One of the double rooms has a fireplace and a private entrance.

There is a large master suite with a living/work room and bathroom, as well as a crib.
A lovely independent mini-apartment is part of the villa and extends over two floors with an entrance hall, kitchen, small sitting area with TV and library on the first floor, and a large double room with bathroom.

The WiFi connection is located directly in the living room of each villa.
Any tourist tax is not included. If the VAT changes, prices will be automatically adjusted

WATER CONSUMPTION: In case of water problems in the region, the company may set a limit for water consumption, which is considered included. If this limit is exceeded, a surcharge of € 5.00/m3 will be charged at the end of the holiday period. We calculate an adequate amount of water for you to cover normal consumption for a regular holiday stay. This is to avoid water wastage.
CLEANING: The final cleaning is mandatory. For stays of more than one week, additional cleanings are not mandatory but available upon request.
SWIMMING POOLS: The swimming pools are closed in the low season and in winter (from 01.01.-29.04. and from 30.09.-31.12.). In the low season (could be open in some periods and an extra fee applies. Preventively only upon request.
Any heating is always extra and will be activated upon request. We need at least 3 weeks before the arrival date to open or heat the pools. For last-minute bookings (less than 3 weeks before arrival), no services are available.
