A lovely Tuscan holiday home near a small country hamlet, just 5 km from the village of Arcille and a few km from pizzerias, restaurants, small supermarket and post office.

The property is completely fenced. It has an electric gate, a large parking lot and a fenced garden.
At the back is the beautiful swimming pool (5x12m, depth 1.4m).
Via a wide Roman staircase you enter comfortably.
Between the cottage and the pool is a small stone house, which is used by the owner as a camp.

Animals are welcome.

The holiday house is two storey.
On the ground floor a large living room with fireplace, TV, large table with chairs, kitchen with water trough, oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.
From there you come to a room under the stairs where there is a washing machine and in a shower with WC.

Next to the fireplace, a staircase leads to the first floor.
On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, a single bedroom with wooden beds for babies and three bathrooms. A shower, between the double and single bedrooms, usable for both.
A shower is located in one of the double bedrooms.
In the third double bedroom, however, you will find a toilet and a washbasin.
