Villa Marsiliana

A Tuscan dream house by the sea.
The villa was built in 2014 and has 130 mq on the ground floor.
It is located in a giant, completely fenced garden with an electric iron gate surrounded by olive trees, cork and fruit trees.
Behind the Tuscan villa is the extraordinary pool in the form of a small lake with sand on the ground.

The villa has a very bright living room with a sliding window door that leads to an arcade behind the house.
It has TV-SAT and Hi-Fi.
From the living room you enter the kitchen. From the living room you enter the sleeping area with a double bedroom with bathroom, a crystal shower, a bedroom with two single beds and a small room with a loft (gallery) with a French double bed.
To this bed lead a few steps, however, for the safety of children, can be secured overnight through a small gate.
There are fly screens on all windows and air-conditioning in the house.

The location of the villa is very nice and quiet.
In the nearby village of Marsiliana (5 km from the villa) you will find a supermarket, a restaurant, a pizzeria and a bar. This villa with this small lake is ideal for families looking for relaxation and for those who want to visit the true Maremma .

Only a few kilometers from the sea (Spiaggia della Gianella 20 km), thermal baths of Saturnia (32 km), the village of Capalbio (20 km), Porto S. Stefano (30 km), Grosseto (45 km) and Rome (140 km Km).
