Il Poggio is surrounded by a beautiful fenced plot. For the car is a shady place under a pergola ready.
A swing is waiting for the younger guests and a brick barbecue is also provided for outdoor table tennis.
A covered terrace stretches across a long side of the house.
Here you can sit comfortably "under the roof" even in bad weather or at high heat.

From the anteroom one comes first into the living room with a beautiful, brick built kitchen
and a cozy dining place. Also here is of course a TV with SAT.
To the left is the beautiful bedroom, ideal for long sleep without time pressure and alarm clock.
Next to it is a nice bathroom.
To the right of the living room is actually the most beautiful - a small "Sala da Giardino", a small garden salon.

Here a piece of the covered terrace (2.5x3 m) was separated with glass walls.
This room is accessible from the living room and with the double bed couch and the pretty curtains a cozy bedroom by night and also a very nice additional living room by day.
An air conditioning system gives pleasant temperatures in the summer house on hot summer days.
Washing machine and dishwasher will make the holiday more pleasant for the ladies.
