It is only 10 km from Grosseto and about 15 km from the sea, on a hill surrounded by old, beautiful olive trees - a paradise.
The house owners are extremely sympathetic and helpful, they create inconspicuously in the background for their guests always a feel-good atmosphere. The lawn is mown when guests make excursions ...

An oval pool (6x12), embedded in flowers and greenery, is available for the guests of "Il Frantoio" and "Le Ginestre". A Tuscan holiday home, as you wish.
It is next to the house "Il Frantoio", But it is delimited by a wall and a flower bed, so your privacy is guaranteed.

The main entrance is at the back of the house. From here you go over a tuffstage from the parking lot to the fenced garden.
In the living room there is a large table, a sofa, TV-Sat, Wi-Fi and a kitchen with stove, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
From the living room you come through a terrace door to the covered terrace.
From here you can enjoy a beautiful view of the swimming pool and the city of Grosseto.
A door separates the living room from the sleeping area, which has two shower baths and three bedrooms:
Two rooms with double bed and one with two single beds.
If necessary, it is possible to add an extra bed for a small extra charge.
The interior is tasteful and makes the house warm and pleasant.
