Villa Asia

The Tuscan villa is situated on an expansive estate of about 650 hectares, just 10 km from the sea.

Since the early 90s, the estate has been extensively restored.
The renovation of eleven holiday homes, which once belonged to the farmers who cultivated the land, was the start.

The magnificent Tuscan stone house is accessible via a beautiful, cypress-lined private road.
The villa features a large veranda, a barbecue area, and a private, heated swimming pool.
Your dogs are allowed to enjoy the holiday here with you, several upon request.

The spacious living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, and the direct access to the terrace from every room invite you to linger.
Villa Asia accommodates twelve people.
The six bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, are spacious and comfortable with elegant furnishings and decor.
Air conditioning is, of course, standard.
Some of the bedrooms feature canopy beds and fine stone washbasins.
The beauty of the landscape, the terracotta and stone floors, as well as the elegant furniture, lend Villa Asia a cozy and inviting atmosphere.

ENERGY COSTS:
The energy costs (gas and electricity) may vary during your stay depending on the current energy prices. WATER CONSUMPTION:
In case of water issues in the region, the landlord may set a limit for the included water consumption. Usage beyond this limit will be charged additionally at the end of your stay at 5.00 €/m³. We plan sufficient water for a normal stay to avoid water wastage. CLEANING: Final cleaning is mandatory. For stays longer than a week, additional cleanings are optional. For longer stays, we will provide you fresh bed linen and towels weekly. WIFI: Free. WIFI is available in the living room of every villa. SWIMMING POOLS: The swimming pools are closed in winter as well as in the low and mid-season. In low and mid-season, they may occasionally be opened for an additional fee. Preventive use is only possible upon request. Heating is also chargeable and will be activated upon request. We need at least four weeks' notice before arrival to open the swimming pools, and two weeks' notice to heat them up. Last-minute bookings (less than three weeks before arrival) are not possible.
