Over the house you find an additional studio provided with a little bedroom with french bed (1,40m), one bathroom with douche and a huge terrace with seats and sun loungers (saved from view through a barrier) and an impressive view over the bay.

Four bedrooms with four bathrooms also give you the possibility to enjoy this beautiful house (and vacation) with a huge family or some friends.
The kitchen is up to date and provided with all necessary equipment.
You have two parking places under the house.

From the house leads a cliffy way with stairs to the bay.

The beach is open.

The coast way, which borders the peninsula Monte Argentario, leads to Porto San Stefano, a vivid and small port city.
From there you have the possibility to take the fairy to the beautiful island of Giglio.
