Fifteen minutes from Lake Bolsena , near the Etruscan fortress Pitigliano (9 km )
on the edge of Parco Naturale Selva del Lamone , a beautiful large country house in a secluded location
with a wide view over the Tuscan hills.

Through meticulous restoration of a farmhouse  the character of the old stone house has been preserved and are three apartments were developed  with a total of 155 sqm of living space.

Two of them are located on the ground-floor and one can bereached via an external staircase on the first-floor. 

The house is situated in a natural garden ( well fenced ) of 10,000 square meters , a very nice swimming pool (5 x 10 m) , sun umbrellas, lounge chairs for sunbathing and reading ...

Front of the house under the trees a large terrace for Italian dining experiences with shaded seating for each apartment and in common you have: a pizza oven and barbecue .

The three apartments can be rented separately , but you can rent the whole house with friends or relatives to book  a Tuscan dream holiday :

the pool in front of the door , the little Lago di Mezzano and the source of the River Nova only 3 km away, for hiking or cycling ( mountain bikes are available for guests in the house) , the Lago di Bolsena is close (about 18 km) , the sea is about 50 km away .

The house is very cozy and tastefully furnished in Tuscan country style , cotto floors , dark wooden beams, exposed bricks .

The apartments are kept by their names in the colors green, yellow and red!

To the house leads a gravel route (about 2 miles) . In this house only a dog / apartment is allowed.

and a small desk, a bathroom with shower on the first floor

on an open gallery bedroom with double bed (or two single beds).
