A beautiful Tuscan holiday home in a picturesque location with a splendid view over the
city of Cortona and the whole Val di Chiana.
The holiday house has been lovingly restored by the house owners and accommodates 6 people.
The villa has a large and lush private park where you can park your car.
A few steps and you are at the main entrance of the villa. A large olive grove, which surrounds the
beautiful pool (5 x 10 m, meters 2,20 maximum height, equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas).
The location is exceptional, both a beautiful view and the complete location in the sun.
A beautiful terrace overlooking the valley invites you to enjoy a good glass of wine at sunset or just relax.
The holiday home is on three levels and has the main entrance on the first floor.
From here you enter the large living area consisting of a fully equipped kitchen and dining table,
a living room and satellite TV, also enriched by a large stone fireplace.
The living room leads into the first three bedrooms, a double (on request convertible into double bed
with direct access to the garden) and the bathroom.
From the living room, you come across a beautiful wooden staircase to the upper double rooms.
There are the largest and most beautiful of the house, which also has a small living room / study
and a single bed.
The lower double bedroom on the ground floor also has a direct exit to the garden with a bathroom.
