The homeowner has given, when renovating, a lot of effort and designed the house very nice..
The grounds are spacious and well maintained.

You cross a driveway through the olive groves to a private parking place.

The villa can accommodate up to 6 people and you look directly onto the pool (11 x 5 m - maximum depth 1,80 m - open 06/01 to 01/10) with sun loungers, parasols and sun deck for enjoying Tuscan Sun in peace and tranquility.

On the outside a beautiful, large veranda with table and benches and thanks to
the nearby Grill is the perfect place to dine al fresco.

A sofa and armchair complete the porch as a small sitting area.

In fact, the owners have created spaces for children, a beautiful futsal and beach volleyball court,
where your children can enjoy some carefree moments and why not the adults, too?

The villa is modern with elegant details and valuable elements, such as the beautiful wood floors and beamed ceilings.

It creates a pleasant atmosphere and creates a link between rustic and modern.

The villa has two main entrances, one that opens onto the beautiful living room where there is a beautiful fireplace, satellite TV and sofa, and another, fully equipped with direct views of the beautiful and modern kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster), complete with dining table.

The living room and kitchen are one part of a large room, from where you can continue
to come to a corridor to the rooms and bathrooms.

The first bedroom has a bunk bed for the little developed.

The second is a double bedroom, spacious and bright, and a private bathroom with buthtub.

In this room there there is also a small room with the washing machine and an additional refrigerator.

The last one is a double bedroom (convertible into two single beds), equipped with a
French window with access to the outside.

In the hallway there is a second bathroom with shower.
