The villa is surrounded by a large, well-maintained garden with a large L-shaped swimming pool and equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, 2 showers, etc.
Thanks to the wooden pergola with curtains, the lounge area by the pool is perfect for relaxed moments, with a good book and a prosecco.
The kitchen leads to an external pergola, where you can eat and taste local products. The garden also features a barbecue area. There are plenty of parking spaces in front of the gates, also on the property.
The villa is about 1.5 km from Cintolese, a walkable town where we find a supermarket, pharmacy, post office, bar, and bank, as well as a restaurant and a pizzeria. For sports enthusiasts, less than 2 km away is the golf club „La Pievaccia“ with an 18-hole course.
