Located in a secluded location in the Val di Chio between Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino, near Arezzo, you find a beautiful little Azienda ( Casali in Val di Chio ) with neat villas / apartments with large pool .
There are also own wine , Tuscan oil and other typical products of the region.
The Villa San Martino (180 sqm) is located on a hillside among olive trees, surrounded by oak forests
to 550 m asl, near Castiglion Fiorentino ( 8 km).
An old farmhouse from the first half of the 19th Century has been lovingly restored and expanded in 2001.
With all the modern comforts some history of the house could be obtained.
The villa has a small guest house with outdoor seating , a beautiful garden with swimming pool (5 x 10m )
a brick grill for barbecues, a straw- covered dining area with a table for twelve people
with wonderful views of the Tuscan Campagna .

one with a private bathroom.

This small guest house has a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a covered patio .
In the houses in the Val di Chio , the high season is from 5 July to 23 August
the other weeks we can be offered for low season price.
The week prices include linen and towels (changed weekly) , final cleaning
and the consumption costs (incl. heating) are also included .
