Podere San Aurora

Podere Aurora is a beautiful holiday home near San Casciano dei Bagni.
Just 5 minutes away are the renowned spas, famous for their therapeutic properties, wellness centers, and SPA, while only a few dozen meters from the house are natural thermal baths that can be used for free and are easily accessible on foot, with water flowing at 38 °C.

Independent Tuscan holiday home with 8 + 1 sleeping places, consisting of two holiday apartments, Castagno and Faggio.
The bright rooms with handcrafted wrought iron beds and the comfortable living areas are distributed on one floor and have many access points to the beautiful veranda and garden, a green oasis of tranquility and fun, with a private swimming pool, a pergola equipped for outdoor dining, air parking, and a playground for children.

The holiday apartment Castagno consists of a living room with kitchenette, fireplace, and two double bedrooms, both with their own bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a convection oven, a microwave, plates, glasses, and various utensils, an American coffee machine, and a juice extractor. The fireplace is equipped with a grill and accessories.
There are ceiling fans in the rooms.

Faggio is a large holiday apartment, consisting of an open space with kitchen and dining room with fireplace, which leads from one side to a small hallway that leads to a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom with a double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and sofa bed that has access to the outside.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a ventilated oven, a small dishwasher, plates, glasses, and various utensils, an American coffee machine, and a juice extractor. The fireplace is equipped with a grill and accessories.
There are ceiling fans in the rooms. Services include swimming pool (6 x 10 meters), equipped and fenced green area, barbecue area with veranda and sun loungers, equipped kitchens (refrigerator, ventilated oven, microwave, dishes, American coffee machine, juice extractor), fireplace (grill and accessories), ceiling fans, Wi-Fi connection.
Note: About 300 meters from the house are the hot thermal water springs with ancient collection tanks, allowing relaxing "nature" baths.

The furnishings are very comfortable in both holiday apartments.

The pool (10 x 6 meters) is slightly above the furnished garden and is fenced.
There is a lovely barbecue area/pizza oven with terrace and sun loungers, free laundry service, satellite television, internet, and a small children's playground.

About 300 meters from the house are the hot springs, with ancient collection tanks allowing relaxing baths in nature, mud baths are also possible.

The place San Casciano dei Bagni is reachable on foot and offers you everything you need for a relaxing Tuscan holiday, shopping opportunities, butchers, pizzerias, etc.
