The beautiful pool (6 x 12 meters - depth 1.65 meters - fully fenced - open from 15 May to 15 September) has sun during the day and is equipped with sun loungers and parasols.
Next to the pool is a comfortable outbuilding with shaded seating areas and a guest toilet.
The outbuilding has a beautiful wooden pergola outdoors with barbecue, tables and chairs that make it the ideal place for al fresco dining.

The renovation of the Villa La Capannina has retained some of the characteristics of the old farmhouses (terracotta floors, exposed wooden beams, stone staircases), but at the same time introducing modern elements that are extremely pleasant and tasteful.
From the large, arched glass front you have direct access to a large and very bright living room with satellite TV, large sofa and stone fireplace. The lounge leads to the dining room with table and chairs and then leads you
into the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for cooking.
The kitchen also has direct access to the garden making it extremely convenient for preparing your meals outdoors.
The ground floor is complemented by a bathroom with shower and a large double bedroom with direct access to the garden, as well as a laundry utility room.
A beautiful stone staircase leads to the first floor, which is dedicated exclusively to the sleeping area.
Here you will find 3 double rooms, 2 single rooms and 3 bathrooms, all with shower. The areas are all spacious and functional and furnished with great attention to detail.
The villa can accommodate 10 people and you can request a baby cot and a high chair.
