The villa can accommodate up to 12 people, indoor and outdoor spaces are large and comfortable,
so that families and groups of friends will have enough space.
The pool, garden and parking area are private and reserved for the exclusive use of guests of the villa, so we guarantee a complete privacy. The garden is fenced.
The private swimming pool (12 x 6 m - maximum depth 2,1 m) is placed in a beautiful garden.
Large fir, pine and oak trees provide shade and keep the air clean.
Fruit trees complement the surrounding landscape, which is also rich in color.
Facilities at the holiday home include a barbecue, tables and a gazebo for outdoor dining.
The villa is connected by an internal staircase and by two independent external stairs.
The ground floor consists of: living room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room with fireplace and a small living room, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and a second bedroom (convertible into double) with bathroom with shower.
The upper floor consists of: living room with fireplace with a sofa bed, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower, a double bedroom (convertible into double) with bathroom with shower and another bedroom with double bed (convertible into two single beds) with bathroom with bathtub.
