Borgo San Stefano

In the beautiful Val di Chio, near Arezzo, between Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino, there is a beautiful little Azienda (Casali in Val di Chio) with well-kept villas and apartments and a large pool. 

It also offers its own wine, Tuscan oil and other typical products of the region. 

Il Borgo is a rural small hamlet dating back to 1850, located in a wonderful panoramic position
on the hills of San Stefano, which dominate the Valle di Chio. 

The Lago di Trasimeno is 25 km away. 

The Borgo San Stefano is located near Castiglion Fiorentino (7 km) and consists of a farm house and an old granary. 

In 1998, the Casa Fufigna was expanded into two apartments, out of the old granary was built the independet house Il Granaio. 

The houses are surrounded by a garden that is well protected and  the individual residential units guarantee an undisturbed relax, everyone is for himself. The only thing which is shared with the other houses is the swimming pool (5 x 8 m) and a large brick barbecue for barbecue evenings. 

Borgo San Stefano consists of the Casa Il Granaio and the Casa Fufigna with the apartments Fufigna uno and due. You can rent the house and the apartments separately or together at a special price.
