Very beautiful new villa (virgin stone, 130m²) with a round pool near the little village Montevitozzo, Tuscany, in absolute private setting. The garden (2000m²) is completly fenced.

On the estate there is a little copse and many silent nooks where you can read, relax and enjoy a calm and relaxing vacation.

The villetta is located in the south-east of the "Monte Amiata" (650m high) and provides a panoramic view over the Maremma and the Lago di Bolsena.

On the ground-floor you find a living-room with open fireside, arm chairs, a divano (can be used as a studio couch for sleeping), television (SAT), a well-equipped kitchen with eating corner.
In addition to that you find there a play-room with table tennis table.

The furniture is in the typical Tuscan style.
Two bedrooms with full-size bed, one with an additional arm chair (which can be used as a bed, too), a huge bathroom with douche, toilet, bidet.

The villetta can be booked for six or for nine persons.
By booking for six people the second bedroom will be closed.

In a distance of 2km you find the next grocery store and a restaurant.
In 10 km you can reach the Etruscan cities of Sorano and Sovana and in 15km you can find the impressive rock city Pitigliano with several shops, bars and restaurants. Also it takes 15km to the city of Acquapendente.
The environment is characterized by its abundant and untouched nature.
And it takes only 25km to the Lago di Bolsena or the thermal spirngs of Saturnia, 50km to Orivieto, Viterbo and the ocean at the Monte Argentario.
Pitigliano is a impressive rock fort ( a dramatic city according to GEO) with vivid Italian life: restaurants, bars, shops, theatre, cinema, castle, mueseum, churches, synagogue...surrounded by the beautiful nature of the Maremma.
And a vivid history: plenty of archaeological excavations, holes, hollow ways tell you stories about the Etruscans and Romans.
