Villa La Guardata

The Villa La Guardata is in a wonderful panoramic position on a hill with olive trees (350 m asl) and view of the nearby Castiglion Fiorentino (2 km).
The imposing stone house was built in the middle of the 18th century on a military observation post at the foot of the Castel d'Ernia.
The ancestral home of a noble Tuscan family since 1200! it was extensively restored in 1996.
Near Arezzo, in the beautiful Val di Chio between Cortona and Castiglion Fiorentino, is the beautiful holiday home (Casali in Val di Chio) with well-kept villas and apartments with pool.
They also offer their own wine, Tuscan oil and other typical products of the region.
In order to preserve as much of the original shape of the building as possible, it was expanded into two independent holiday apartments.
